Running..me?

I have never been a huge fan of running, but for some reason lately I have really been interested in doing 5k's' so I signed up for the Run or Dye in Atlanta on Aug 3rd. Then Tiffany approached me about running the Grayson Road Race at the end of April. So here I go...running... not sure how I got here but I am going to enjoy it!

Light at the end of the school year

This has been a week to be at my desk, it doesn't happen very often so I am going to take advantage of it! Working at my desk can have its pitfalls and advantages. One pitfall is that everyone knows where to find me. The advantage is that everything I need is in my office. I will enjoy the time I have to get what little I can done each day between kindergarten, lunch duty, and 4th grade specials.

This next week Austin and I get to visit Baby Braden and his wonderful family!
Hoping to be a little more frequent in my posts now that school is coming to an end.

Is spring here yet?

A beautiful day to play outside the cherry blossoms are all in bloom and I love seeing all the flowers on the trees! I am ready for spring!

We enjoyed a relaxing Easter, Tony had to work 9 services so his weekend was pretty busy. We feel so blessed to attend a church that shares the truth in a non condemning manner.

Austin and I enjoyed dyeing eggs in Koolaide with Levi and Emily. Along with an egg hunt, basket hunt ( while FaceTiming Tony) and a delicious brunch.

March Madness :}

Austin earned two trophies for his pinewood derby car! He earned third place for design and first for speed! Soo happy with all Tony and Austin accomplished!

Mom made this and sent it to us for Easter!

I got to enjoy a weekend away with girlfriends scrapbooking in March.

Playing cards with Austin can be so much fun when he is happy using his new card holder :) gifts from my Nags head trip.

Happy Saint Patrick's day! Special green pancakes in shapes of clovers, top hats and coins. Adding green milk and its a perfect breakfast!

Library trips are always fun! I have almost given up on buying books he reads them so fast! Austin's craving right now is Geronimo Stilton books on CD
